We always love a crafts project – especially when it’s made using our beautiful fabrics! With a wide range of both William Morris and French floral fabrics, there’s lots of designs to choose from! All our fabric (cotton, cotton drill, pvc) are sold by the half metre so big or small, you don’t need to waste fabric! If you send a photo of your craft project to us via email: [email protected] or tag us on social media – Instagram and Twitter, then we will send you a 20% code off your next order on our website!
These lovely photos from our friend Sally of our Fleur fabric are from her dinner party. With a large table, she needed a custom tablecloth and so picked our cotton fabric which just needed an easy hem along the edge. Fleur is from our late 1800 – early 1900 French Archive. We take the designs from the archive and restore it with our designers to create the beautiful patterns. This one had the inspiration that we could see it in the setting of grand French Châteaux.
Millie tagged us in this photo on Instagram of her Red Strawberry Thief scrunchie – so pretty with the crotchet around the edge too! A pop of colour in the hair either matching with or clashing with your outfit throws it back to the 90s and we couldn’t love it more!
Helen tagged us in this lovely photo of her Sweet Briar lampshade on Instagram. Sweet Briar is made up of a soft cream background, with the climbing rose stems in green and soft brown and pink sweet briar roses prominent within the design. This will be lit up beautifully when Helen turns on the light!
Shirley sent us this photo of her craft project; a lampshade created from our William Morris Golden Lily fabric. She emailed us to say, ‘fab fabrics make fab products’ – we couldn’t agree more Shirley!
Barbara made these lovely fabric tubs and drawstring bag from left over fabric she had from making Sweet Briar curtains for her daughters flat. They look great – what a great idea, you could use these for so many things – we’d even love a bigger version for a laundry bag!
Jenni Rose sent us this photo of her craft project where she recovered this kitchen stool. She emailed to say, “this is a picture of just part of my new look kitchen! The fabric is a joy to sew! Thank you for your friendly and so efficient service.”
What a lovely email and photo – such an easy way to upcycle old furniture – we’re especially fans of the frill around the edge!
