On a recent visit to Wightwick Manor, Wolverhampton it was a beautiful day and I went for a stroll in the beautiful gardens.
Wightwick Manor was built in 1887 for Theodor Mander and is a beautiful house filled with Arts and Crafts treasures.
The wonderful footbridge over the road, Wightwick Bank.
Wightwick Manor is a must see National Trust property.
There are many Pre-Raphaelite treasures including my favourite Edward Burne – Jones painting, Love Among the Ruins, which is just wonderful.
The house has many William Morris fabrics and wallpapers including Pimpernel in the billiard room
