This Licenced William Morris Willow Bough Green Design was first designed in 1887. It was first produced as a wallpaper design which William's daughter, May Morris used to decorate her bedroom before being adapted for fabric in 1895 when it was block printed in Merton Abbey.

We licence the design and print it to our own size specification, one which we believe looks the best for our product range.
Printed in the UK onto 100% cotton cloth, the green design is on a cream background.
We also print William Morris Willow Bough in blue.
