Delivery Information

Our Working days are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 working day, any orders we receive before 1pm, we aim to send out the that day. If you order after this time, we will send the next working day.

Covid-19

We’re still working in a Covid-secure manner to send out your orders. We’re still posting orders the next working day 1st class, however there are sometimes delays in the postal services due to the pandemic. So please just be a little patient waiting for your orders, they’ll be with you as soon as possible!

UK Deliveries:

Free delivery is available on all UK orders.

All orders are dispatched using a tracked service “Royal Mail 24”. Depending on weight, large orders will be sent UPS. If you require special delivery, you can opt to pay for Next Day Special Delivery for UK orders.

We’re pleased to offer free UK delivery. However, if on your order you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, it will arrive back with us and we will contact you to pay for redelivery or be given the opportunity to cancel. We aren’t liable for incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

International Deliveries:

Our standard International Delivery is Royal Mail Airmail for all destinations. Large orders over 2 Kilos will be sent UPS International. We’re sorry that recently, overseas postage prices are increasing, we’re doing all we can to keep costs at a minimum for these parcels.

Please note, you may receive custom charges when sending to your destination country, this is not something within our control nor something we will subsidise.
