Now, perhaps the title of the blog isn’t actually truly crafting that Bass was referring to. However – we saw it on Pinterest and thought it was utterly perfect for this blog. Perhaps our favourite blogs to post recently are those that are filled with photos sent by you. Your craft projects using our fabrics are always fabulous and we share them on here to inspire others to get crafting!
Whatever your project – big or small – we would love to see it, so, send photos and a brief description to [email protected] and we will send you a 20% discount code. Use the code on your next order by using the code at checkout.
Hopefully, you’ll have seen these wonderful dresses on Instagram – @vintagestyleme – who sews custom dresses made from a range of fabrics. She uses our William Morris fabrics to create these beautiful smock dresses in a variety of different silhouettes. From smock mini dresses to midi dresses with cute Peter Pan collars, take a look through her various designs. It’s also worth a note that she has UK dress sizes 6-26 and even an amazing ‘design your own’ section to really get exactly the item you want. Vintage Style Me also describes itself as ethical, conscious and sustainable which we can absolutely get behind – if you didn’t see our environmental sustainability piece, please read it here.
Cathy sent us this photo of her William Morris Willow Bough Green cushion cover. Cathy created this following an embroidery workshop with Sally Roberson in Hammersmith. The additional panel of embroidery on top of the Willow Bough fusion adds a personalised element. The embroidery class sounds very up our street!
